Horizontal X/Y Via Hole Filling VHF 300V

Features:

  • Flexible plugging machine allowing different types of panels and pastes to be processed
  • Ideal for complex technologies involving conductive paste or rigid flex
  • Available with and without full chamber vacuum capability
  • Handles boards at the extreme ends of the board thickness spectrum (up to 350 mil)
  • Minimizes consumption and waste of paste (smaller heads can be used)

Vaccum Plugging Machine VCP 5000-1

Features:

  • Vertical via fill machine for high productivity requirements
  • Panel is placed inside the machine and vacuum is optionally drawn inside the chamber depending on the hole fill requirements
  • Depending on factors, such as hole quality and paste rheology, holes up to 1:40 aspect ratio can be filled; the vacuum is not needed for through-holes
  • Robust blind via process window utilizing full chamber vacuum
  • Simple via fill head maintenance

Wet Sander SV200WV

Features:

  • Wet sander that can be used for a variety of processes, such as post via fill sanding, deburring, Copper thinning and more
  • The sanding head is driven by a servo motor; the x-y movement is manual by hand
  • Extremely precise Z-Axis adjustment is possible
  • The basic frame is made up of a stable welded stainless steel rack
  • The outer jacket is made up of stainless sheet metal sheets; simple access for maintenance
  • Various sanding materials can be used
